1.1. As our products are handcrafted with natural, organic ingredients, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than damage or defects upon arrival.
1.2. All sales are final, except under the circumstances outlined below.
2. Natural Changes in Tallow-Based Products
2.1. Please be aware that our tallow-based products may change texture or consistency when exposed to high temperatures. This is a natural property of tallow and does not affect the product’s quality or effectiveness.
2.2. Softening, melting, or hardening due to heat or cold is not considered a defect and will not qualify for a refund or exchange. We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place to maintain their optimal consistency.
2.3. If a product has melted during shipping, place it in a cool area or refrigerate it to solidify. The balm's performance will remain unaffected.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order. Include a photo and description of the damage.
